For our 80th Anniversary we invite new and old faces to camp for a long weekend celebrating all that Bearnstow has been and will be!
This weekend is being celebrated in the form of camp for people of all ages. We will share meals in the dining hall, learn new skills, and laugh with new and old friends under the stars. This celebratory weekend will include arts and nature workshops, campfires, a visit from the Fresh Ella's ice cream truck, and of course lots of opportunities to swim in the beautiful Parker Pond.
No matter how long it’s been since your last visit to Bearnstow or if this is your first time coming, we welcome you to join us for this exciting weekend
Overview Schedule:
Wednesday
2pm-6pm: Arrival: time to settle into lodgings and enjoy camp
6:30 pm: Welcome Dinner
8pm-10pm: Archive Gallery Opening, story share
Thursday - Saturday:
8:00 am - Breakfast
10 am - Morning Activity
12:30 - Lunch
2pm - Afternoon Activity 1
4pm - Afternoon Activity 2
6:30pm - Dinner 8:00pm - Evening activity (live music, dance party, Campfire/ s’mores etc.!)
